|C. Anthony Shippam, President & CEO
Anthony received his B.A. from American University’s School of International Service, his M.B.A. from Florida Institute of Technology and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Anthony is also a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales (non-practicing).
Prior to joining Stewart Management Company (SMC), Anthony was in private practice in Philadelphia and, previous to that, had worked for various international insurers. Anthony now serves as President and CEO of SMC. Mr. Shippam is also a principal in The Stewart Law Firm.
|Gordon W. Stewart, Vice President & Managing Director
Gordon received his A.B. from Dartmouth College, his J.D. with honors from Washington & Lee University School of Law, and his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Delaware, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Maine. Over the last 15 years, Gordon has developed his experience in the area of passive investment companies and special purpose entities. His clients include some of the world’s most successful corporations. Mr. Stewart is also a principal in The Stewart Law Firm.
|Gregory Harrison, Vice President and CFO
Greg received his B.S. in finance from University of Delaware and a B.S. in accounting from Nova Southeastern University. Greg obtained a Delaware CPA certificate and is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Since joining the firm in 2003, Greg has championed numerous internal projects and helped streamline the acquisition and internal dissemination of client information. He was named Vice President – Accounting and Controller in 2006. Greg has more than 13 years of experience working in the private sector and services the accounting requirements of the firm’s various special purpose entities.
|Candace R. Corra, Controller & Company’s Assistant Secretary
Candace has a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she also obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting (magna cum laude). She also earned an Associate of Applied Sciences degree in paralegal studies from Vernon Regional College in Texas. Candace is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois.
For the past 22 years, Candace has obtained a broad range of professional experience. After 7 years in the U.S. Air Force and an honorable discharge, she started her Paralegal career. She has worked in bankruptcy, intellectual property and corporate law. Candace joined SMC in 2002 and has provided paralegal, Director/Officer and Independent Manager services. In 2014, she started her career as an Accountant and assists in the accounting requirements of the firm’s clients.
|Joan L. Yori, Vice President – Client Services
Joan has attended the University of Delaware and obtained her Paralegal Certificate from there. Joan has more than 25 years banking experience in the areas of Corporate Custody, Audit and related financial services. Since joining SMC in 2004, Joan has served as an employee, officer, and/or director of various special purpose entities domiciled in Delaware.
|Jean Marie Wagner
Prior to joining Stewart Management Company in 2004, Jean Marie was licensed in Real Estate Sales and Property Management. Jean Marie is Executive Assistant to C. Anthony Shippam and provides Independent Manager/Director and Delaware Resident Trustee services. She is also the liaison for client and professional enquiries.
|Elizabeth A. Beachell
Beth received her BA in English as well as her paralegal certificate from the University of Delaware. Since joining SMC in 2004, Beth has worked as an Administrative Assistant and provides Delaware Resident Trustee Services.
|Michael C. Doyle, Vice President – Independent Director Services- (Retired July 2014)
Mike graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Austin where he received a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Executives International.
Except for a three year break to serve in the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant, which included a tour of duty in Vietnam, Mike’s experience has been in the financial services sector. His career includes Haskins & Sells, CPAs in Houston, Financial Controller for J.P. Morgan in Houston, Miami, Los Angeles and Delaware, and, as of 2000, as a manager of Independent Director Services.
